How refunds work for a digital service: when one applies, who handles it and how long each step takes.
Digital service
Everything we sell is digital. The profile is live within minutes of purchase and is delivered entirely online.
When a refund applies
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase where the profile has not been activated, or at any time where the service is faulty and cannot be fixed.
Who handles the return
Orders are fulfilled by our partner provider, so refunds are processed by them. Email us and we will open and track the case for you.
Timescales
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
