Frequently asked questions
- Will people I meet need to download an app?
- No. Your profile is an ordinary web page. It opens in the browser on any iPhone or Android after a scan or a click, and they can save your details to their contacts in one step.
- Is there a monthly subscription?
- No. Both plans are a single payment in pounds with UK VAT included. There is no renewal fee to keep your profile live or to keep editing it.
- What if my job title or number changes?
- Change it in your dashboard and the update is live straight away. Every link and QR code you have already shared shows the new details, so there is nothing to reprint.
- Which page should I buy from: online, digital or virtual?
- Choose the one that matches how you mostly share. Online is for sending a link to people you have not met, digital is for scanning in person, and virtual is for email signatures and video calls. Plans and prices are identical.
- What happens to the contact details I collect?
- Leads captured with Business Add-ons stay in your dashboard and you can export them to a spreadsheet. If you collect personal data you are responsible for handling it in line with UK GDPR.
- What if I lose or change my phone?
- Nothing is stored on the phone. Sign in from any browser and carry on sharing the same link and QR code.
- Who are you, and how do you earn money?
